I started CGS because I am passionate about helping people, whether that be a business owner or employee, a non-profit or individuals. How I help people is by working with you to explore creative and new ideas that will promote positive growth from a business, professional or personal perspective.

I am a proud mother of two, wife, former corporate player, entrepreneur and life long pursuer of happy and healthy living. With over fifteen years experience, having worked both for a Global 500 and as a small business owner, I offer a unique combination of financial, technology, management, marketing and sales experience. I continue to develop my skills in organizational effectiveness, team building and mediation. I am an avid runner, hiker, mountain biker, lover of yoga and religious pursuer of new adventures.
